About Me

Redwood+4.jpg

I know how integrally connected our internal transformation and our capacity to create positive change in the world are. My own physical, emotional, and spiritual evolutionary journey has been my greatest teacher of this truth. Decades of personal commitment to unlearning racism and other forms of oppression within myself, in addition to the learning that has come through my role as an educator, trainer, facilitator, and mother of two, biracial, Black children, guides me in supporting others in this realm of transformative work. I have experienced first hand how our own ongoing growth propels us to embody our full potential as uniquely gifted individuals who can live in meaning, fulfillment, and purpose. I know that our healing in connection with others is essential for our society and planet to thrive. My work with individuals and groups is shaped by these critical aspects of what I have come to understand.

Mollie brings an authentic and refreshing approach to her work as a facilitator and coach. In working with her, she was more of a compassionate guide and mentor. Her thoughtfulness, deep insight, and courage was felt throughout the almost year working together. The group work helped me address core issues that have been in my life for years. Her gratitude and integrity was so genuine and I’m in such a better place now. Couldn’t recommend more.
